Job Title          : Finance Assistant Officer

Job Description  :

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
  • Support monthly closing activities and preparation of management reports.
  • Monitor petty cash, employee claims, and staff reimbursements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments, auditors, banks, and external parties when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Executive/Manager.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Education & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (LCCI, CAT, ACCA part qualification) is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Microsoft D365)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Able to speak in Mandarin will be added value.
