Job Title : Finance Assistant Officer
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Support monthly closing activities and preparation of management reports.
- Monitor petty cash, employee claims, and staff reimbursements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
- Liaise with internal departments, auditors, banks, and external parties when required.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Executive/Manager.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Education & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (LCCI, CAT, ACCA part qualification) is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Microsoft D365)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Able to speak in Mandarin will be added value.
